1. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
It takes1-2 business days to process your order. After that, shipping times are as follows:

2. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship within Canada, United States, Australia and to the United Kingdom.
3. What are your shipping rates? Do you provide free shipping?
We offer standard shipping on all orders within Canada for $4.00 and the United States for $6.00. Please note, standard shipping does not provide tracking. Please refer to chart in question 1 for fee schedule. Free shipping is provided if your total order before taxes is $130 or more.
4. Is package tracking available?
Yes, tracking is available for non-standard shipping options and will be emailed to you within 2-3 business days. Please contact us if you have not received one after 5 business days.
5. Do you pay for return shipping?
No, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns will be assessed individually depending on the reasons why you want to return your purchased item(s). We may offer a replacement, a store credit, or a refund. We encourage you to contact us if you have questions and concerns.
6. Do you offer pick up or delivery?
If you live within Calgary and surrounding areas, pick up is available. Please indicate at the time of check out if you would like to pick up, so arrangements can be made. Delivery may also be available, depending on your location.
